Oak Tree Insurance Brokerage is a concierge brokerage general agency and insurance marketing organization. We work with a select group of registered investment advisors, insurance producers, and financial planning professionals to ensure we develop individual relationships with each advisor while strengthening our level of service.
We partner with financial advisors to design and implement bespoke, tax-efficient financial planning strategies and wealth planning solutions for high net worth clients with unique financial concerns.

Rich Messina, President & CEO
Rich served in the United States Marine Corps, where he was a rifleman and light armored vehicle gunner during two Helmand Province, Afghanistan deployments (OEF 10.2 and 12.2). After an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps, Rich earned three degrees from Penn State: a BS, MBA, and MLD. It was during graduate school when Rich was introduced to the insurance industry and quickly excelled into his brokerage manager roll at a local brokerage general agency. Rich founded Oak Tree Insurance Brokerage upon realizing there is a need for a more personalized level of service which other BGAs and IMOs simply can’t accommodate. Rich resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife, Jackie. They both enjoy hiking, gardening, and playing golf.
Macy, Director of First Impressions
Macy was adopted while the Messina’s lived in California during Rich’s Marine Corps enlistment. She’s Canine Good Citizen and Therapy Dog certified. Macy is an Ibizan hound, Australian Sheppard, and Australian cattle dog mix who forgets that she’s 70 pounds and not a lapdog! She’ll likely be the first to greet you when you arrive and the last to say goodbye.
